Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all activities held by RaatsWireless. RaatsWireless is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 89053419. 

Article 1: Definition

RaatsWireless is established in Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands.
RaatsWireless provides training via an internal trainer or an external trainer.

The client
 is everyone who has an agreement with RaatsWireless for performing work and/or services, as stated in the agreement, and everyone attending/participating in a training, course, or event provided by RaatsWireless. 

Event is anything that RaatsWireless hosts. This can be a training, a course, deep dive sessions, or a technical seminar.

Article 2: Registration

  • Registration to attend an event is official after completing the registration form, which can be found on raatswireless.com or via the specific Google Form. Registrations by phone or e-mail must be followed up by completing the online registration form.
  • RaatsWireless will acknowledge the client registration and will do this by an official confirmation, by e-mail, to the client.

Article 3: Admission

  • The client is only admitted on the first day of the event if RaatsWireless has received full payment for the training/event.
  • If there are restrictions on the number of participants, client admission will take place based on the order of paid registration.

Article 4: Cancellation

  • RaatsWireless is putting effort in for a guaranteed-to-run event; however, RaatsWireless reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of insufficient participation or illness from the trainer. RaatsWireless also reserves the right to change the location. Registered clients will be notified. The registered clients will not be notified when the trainer will be replaced. Every trainer meets the standards of RaatsWireless.
  • RaatsWireless can provide a different date or transfer the client to a different training organization in case of overcrowding. Both will be done in collaboration with the client.
  • RaatsWireless is not liable if an event cannot occur for reasons beyond its control or sphere of influence.
  • The client has a reflection period of 14 days after registration. This does not apply to companies.
  • The client cannot cancel after registration (due to illness or force majeure), and the paid course money will not be credited. However, the client may register another client instead of a cancellation. If this is the case, this must be reported in writing to RaatsWireless.
  • In special circumstances, RaatsWireless may deviate in a positive sense from this cancellation policy. The review and final decision are by RaatsWireless. 

Article 5: Pricing, Billing, and Payment

  • All fees are exclusive of VAT and are stated on the registration form. Fees generally include coffee, tea, soft drinks, and lunches; however, different options may occur. All registration and payment options will be stated on the registration form.
  • The client will receive an invoice before the start of the event. The amount due must be paid at least four (4) weeks before the start of the event or unless otherwise agreed upon by RaatsWireless. The client shall bear all costs incurred due to non-payment.

Article 6: Liability for loss or damage

RaatsWireless accepts no liability for damage caused by loss of property or damage caused by others during the event.

Article 7: Copyright

All training materials and additional documentation are copyrighted and may, therefore, not be reproduced, in any form, without permission from the author(s). Any attempt at electronic (or other ways) duplication of the material during the training, the attendee/participant will immediately be denied access to the training. In addition, the total fees for the training remain due. 

Article 8: Confidentiality

RaatsWireless takes care of all information provided by the client confidentially. RaatsWireless uses confidentiality agreements for its trainers. In these confidentiality statements, agreements have been made about the guidelines for privacy-sensitive information of the client.

Article 9: Answering written questions

RaatsWireless does take care of answering all education or administrative questions as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. If more time is needed to answer, for example, because the information from third parties is required, we will inform you of this and appoint a new term.

Article 10: Respecting the house rules

The house rules have been drawn up in the interest of students, RaatsWireless, the event location, and teachers and are stated in the letter you receive together with the invoice. If the client does not comply with the house rules, the teacher will ask the student to respect the house rules. In case of repeated violation of this, RaatsWireless will no longer allow the client to participate in the rest of the event. There will then be no refund of payments. Article 11: Terms of Acceptance

The client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions by submitting the registration form. These conditions are between RaatsWireless and the client unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
